How it works
Fuel per kilometre comes straight from consumption and price. Every yearly cost is divided by the kilometres you drive in a year.
Fixed costs weigh more when a car is driven little: the same insurance spread over 5,000 km costs six times more per kilometre than over 30,000 km.
Cost per km = consumption ÷ 100 × fuel price + yearly costs ÷ kilometres per year
Your consumption, without the maths
Log each refuel in seconds, with the litres, the price and whether you filled the tank. The Pro plan works out average consumption from full-tank stretches.
